I have observed Nigel’s instruction and performances on multiple occasions over the last three years. Many committed academics are not that entertaining while many energetic entertainers lack academic expertise. Nigel is both an extraordinary entertainer and an asset to public education in multiple curriculum areas. His performers can stir positive emotions among a crowd of 800 while his teaching can be student-centered to reach all learners. I am honored to work with him and proud to call him a friend.
