The Walker Institution of Leadership and Learning Educational Services (W.I.L.L. Educational Services) was created by professional educator, author, speaker, and community activist Dr. Nigel L. Walker to provide training, mentoring, and motivational services to public or private schools, churches, non-profit, and other community organizations. Dr. Walker has 20+ years of experience in education and community service, and has served over 15+  years as a public school educator. He has also had the pleasure of training and mentorship by renowned educators and founders of the Ron Clark Academy, Ron Clark and Kim Bearden. Likewise, he has had the pleasure of working under and being mentored by the 2013 MetLife/NASSP National Principal of the Year, Dr. Laurie Barron.  From his extensive educational attainment and training, Dr. Nigel L. Walker has crafted professional development opportunities that are helpful to educators of all levels of experience and certifications. His personal experiences provide relevant mentoring opportunities for students of all backgrounds. He also utilizes his artistic and creative talents to provide unique experiences that engages all audiences. The result is a transformational experience that leaves a new and refreshing point of view of teaching and learning.
